Booking and payment data
Boltonian Abroad does not provide a checkout and does not collect card details, payments, passenger names, contact details for a booking, passport information, booking references or confirmations. Those details are entered only on the selected third-party provider's service under its privacy notice.
Search details
The local booking desk uses route, date and party-size selections to build a provider comparison link. Boltonian Abroad does not ask for names or contact details and does not save these search selections to a user account or booking record.
Hosting and security logs
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, requested page and security events to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare's retention and handling apply to that infrastructure data.
Consent and analytics
Cookie choices are stored in first-party preference cookies. Optional Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity scripts load only if configured and the visitor consents to analytics. No advertising or marketing provider is active.
Affiliate hand-off
An outbound affiliate link may include a non-identifying campaign or partner code so the provider or affiliate network can attribute a qualifying transaction. After the hand-off, the third party may process device, account, booking and payment data under its own privacy notice. Boltonian Abroad does not receive the provider's passenger, card or booking record.
Automated decisions and sale of data
Boltonian Abroad does not create traveller profiles, make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, or sell passenger or booking data.
Data choices
Visitors can change optional cookie consent at any time through Cookie preferences. Browser settings can also remove stored cookies. Requests concerning a booking must be sent to the merchant named on the provider checkout or confirmation because Boltonian Abroad does not hold that booking record.
